Overview.

The complete size of the book is 48 pages, in which it is included the world map of Nimbus, a depiction of the general concept of the setting, various illustrations of their followers, the myths and gods themselves, and the concept art and evolution of the project.

The book was designed, prepared and printed in a 270 x 380 mm hard cover format with gloss paper and reinforced interiors.

The objective

The objective was to find a meeting point between the medieval art-like style usually used for TTRPG manuals and adventures, and modern influences, all while working with a limited colour palette.

The usage of golden foil was implied in these illustrations to better adecuate the mood and gothic setting of the world of Nimbus.

Primary

Chomsky Typeface

Secondary

Helvetica Neue Typeface

The scope of the project was limited due to the general restrictions of the UPV. Therefore the number of pages, illustrations, etc, was shortened and only a prototype was developed.
